Dr. La is board certified and licensed Naturopathic Physician with prescriptive rights. Dr. La received her Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Cell & Molecular Biology with honors from the University of Washington.  Dr La completed her 2 years internship at Bastyr Center for Natural Health.

Dr. La believes that the body has an inherent ability to establish, maintain and restore health and treatments should be those that are the least invasive possible to avoid adverse effects.  Treating the whole person is important because health and disease conditions are a complex interaction of many factors.  People are different, their conditions and causes also vary and using a variety of treatment options allows personalized treatment regimens to more effectively address each individual situation. Dr La believes that a cooperative doctor-patient relationship has inherent therapeutic value and that the physician’s major role is to educate and encourage patients to take responsibility for their own health.

Dr La has a special interest in Women’s Health, Gastrointestinal Health, Environment Medicine and Detoxification.

In her free time, Dr La love spending time with her two children and husband, working out, hiking, camping and traveling.

"The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patient in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.” – Thomas Edison paragraph here.
